We have a Quality Control Assurance Division in our organization which uses various testing strategies and measures to ensure the quality and performance of the product. Each and every product is checked and supervised at each phase of production to ensure that all the industrial standards are met while ensuring the performance of the products.

Testing on finishing is done using following measures:

• Dimensional accuracy
• Corrosion and heat resistance
• Acetone rub test
• Life cycle tests Salt spray tests
• Rigidity & Toughness tests

Dimentional accuracy is checked the following measuring instruments in our quality division:

• CMM
• Vernier Caliper
• Digital Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer
• Thread Ring / Plug Gauge
